They should take time, rushing just gets you an expensive plug who
throws more interceptions than touchdowns.

Watson has one set of characteristics that are alarming. He doesn't
scan the field and he throws a lot of interceptions because of his
decision making.

Trubisky started all of one year. Good basic skills and instincts.
Compares with Carson Wentz, but Wentz was all over the place in his
first year and tailed off.

Go defense first, they need to fill a lot of slots.
