Smart move. Opens up a roster spot and moves up Davis as a rusher. I
admire Hayne for trying, but he couldn't run against starting
defensive fronts and he was a time bomb returning kicks.

Kind of a rare thing for Hayne and he was a big liability on returns.
They are now down to Kendall Gaskins and and Kaepernick.
