Atherton was always a pricey area, right? And what with the prices
creeping upwards $20.0 million doesn't sound excessive. The
Michelangelo painting probably cost a $1.0 million by itself. :(

I recently heard about a house in Palo Alto and the asking price was 2
million. Several couples bid it up to three million! Life in the Bay
Area....

I guess that means he is going to be full time in his new place up here
in the wine country? I know he bought a chunk of land out in the
Alexander Valley, near Healdsburg. Jennifer has been making appearances
in down town Healdsburg for awhile. I guess he decided that he doesn't
need the "City House" any more!
