I've considered it over and over again. There can no longer be any excuse for it. Schott must go. IMHO, this MUST happen at the end of this season for the Jets to advance beyond a .500 team. To me, this looks like Rex has decided the kid has the tools but needs more experience etc. I hope that also means that Rex realizes he needs to get the staff to develop the kid.
