Sounds like things are being just a tad bit embellished for the sake
of their legal paper

"Favre "responded in an inappropriate manner and refused to
apologize," the filing says.

"He essentially told him to go away and as a celebrity he couldn't be
bothered with the little people," said the therapists' lawyer, David
Jarosclawicz."

The only reason for the action to sue him is to force him, under oath, to
admit he sent these messages and thus embarrass him.

Well that and the possibility that he ponies up a few bucks to make it all
go away ;-)
