One key player in this game whose performance was one of the best I have
ever seen by a Jets player was Punter Steve Weatherford.

First, he held the ball in the rain without a glitch for each of the
critical FG. One botch and we likely lose this game.

His two shortest punts were for 33 and 38 yards. But the first was a
fair catch at the 11 and second was downed on the 6. One cannot punt
much better than that.

He had 3 punts over 50 yards that were resulted in fair catches (50, 52,
51). Another punt that resulted in a FC was for 47; this means that
these four punts averaged 50 yards with no return.

The only punt that was returned was a 53 yarder that was returned for 22
yards. I will watch that again and comment. But, IIRC, the return team
was slow getting down the field and someone whiffed.

SW should get a game ball.
