Votes just completed at NFL owners meetings...

On the fourth ballot. By simple majority, 17 owners needed to vote for
NY/NJ did.

A lot of people have complained about it, but it's fine with me. I'm
never going to a Super Bowl site (most likely, anyway) and it doesn't
bother me to watch football played in the snow......that is, if I'm
watching it on TV. I don't care if the people paying a thousand bucks
(or more) for a seat are freezing their fannies off.

The greater New York metropolitan area is going to make a fortune on
this.

John, great point. The people worried about fat cats getting free
tickets to the Super Bowl and being cold just kill me.

The argument about the championship not being decided by the elements is
to m a fair one.

Are you talking about all the fans in Fl whining about the SB being in
NY? I was shaking my head in disbelief reading the paper this morning.
NY can't compare to what FL has to offer? Are they out of there minds?
The packages they can put together in NY could never be match in FL.
How about a package that includes tickets to a broadway show, Dinner
at Peter Lugers, passes to one of the exclusive clubs in down town,
Drinks at the Rainbow Room, Studio tours of NBC and then see the
taping of David Letterman. Let's see South Beach match that.

That's my point. Any bitching is about champagne problems. A Mojito on
South Beach or martini in NYC all paid for by some firm chasing business.

LOL

You mean like Snorkeling, going to the pool, being able to go outside,
boating, fishing, swimming, nature, sunshine, drinks. LOL NY is a
fucking shithole that smells like urine and someone raghead is
constantly trying to blow it up because it's filled with thieving jews
like Bernie Madoff. Broadway show. LOL "Lets go see Cats for the
11th time" LOL LOL LOL

The only thing to do in NY is eat, be cold, and try to avoid being
killed by a terrorist.
