performance as well. e.g. DBrick seemed to have some real problems in
this game, despite the rest of the offense firing on all cylinders;

this time out i did not tape the game, and i really want to watch the
brick-slauson stuff. a few people have said that the crushing sack on
sanchez was slausons fault while others said brick was the one that
blew it. i was so focused on watching the "game" that i did not watch
the players. i did not even notice the changes in the jets coverage
in the late third to fourth quarter. i did see that devito and pouha
did a nice job. the pats o-line guys had no luck at all pushing them
back when they tried to run it up the gut.

I was never as down on Brick as some but I never got that excited last
year when many did. LT's are like relievers, some suck, some are OK
but all will break your heart eventually.
Historically how did Light do vs. Taylor?

Historically, Light has been owned by Taylor. The only guy he's fared
worse against over the years was Schobel.
I don't remember the sack fumble exactly, but supposedly it was only a 3
man rush and IIRC Taylor beat Light on the inside with a spin. I wonder
if this could have been an instance where not having Mankins hurt? I
don't remember if Connolly was engaged or not, and who knows what the
blocking assignments were?
