Mason is an ALL-PRO class act and will reflect that with the Jets baring
serious injury. He's a man on a mission as he knows he needs a SB ring to
get into the HOF where he does belong. There are few if any in B'more that
would begrudge him of that because he has left the Ravens, or gone to Rex
Ryan's Jets. The fans do love the man for what he brought to our team, to
our city and to our game.

Best of luck Mase, #85 on our team - #1 in our hearts.

GO (for it) JETS!

Was Einstein a good receiver? How was he on the fade? Like so many coaches
I once worked with would say, "I don't give a rat's ass what his GPA
is...can he play?"
How many years do they get with him? And...I was not a huge Cotchery fan,
but I do think he showed some super balls in how he played.

We're on the same page on this one. I'm just not sure Plax will behave.

Exactly....do you have any idea how many guys are walking around with a
gun...all the time...and nothing even close to this happens. No so bright.

I hope he does behave. If he could lose two years of his life and still
not learn the importance of following the rules, he is brain dead and
will not help this team.

The stats say they do not learn from a two year loss of freedom. That is
why Vick seems so amazing, apparently he did learn something. I hope
Plaxico has seen the light, not just for the Jets sake but his own. But if
he has it will be the exception, not the rule.

i'm afraid it is even worse than that... even if he had it chambered
with the safety off, you sill have to pull the trigger to discharge
it. unless he had the trigger pull modified, that gun wont go off by
accidently grazing the trigger a little bit when you "adjust it in
your waste band". it is a substantial trigger pull. i'd bet he was
showing off with the gun...

i think there can still be a happy ending for plax... playing with a
loaded gun and skipping practice does not suggest that he is
pathological or incorrigible... he is/was just a selfish, immature and
unbelievably irresponsible knuckle head. his arrest and time in the
pokey probably woke him up. no man is an island. i hope he gets it.

The statistics show that time locked up does not wake someone
up....recidivism is super high...I still think Vick is a big deal because he
seems to have really changed. Look at how many of the guys who got in
trouble continued to be idiots...including Braylon...I really hope Plax is a
changed man...but one who can still run very fast and catch footballs.
