What's the best channels/times/days to watch in the NY/CT area to :-
catch up on NYJ football?
catch upon football in general (NFL and college)
Any other viewing recommendations?

Ian, SNY has some Jet programing: pre-game, post-games and weekly show
called Jets Extra Point.

What channels can you get? ESPN Sports center is pretty good recap in
30 minutes and is shown a million times a day. NFL network is 24 hour

That's pretty much what I'd got fast tuned in to the Slingbox :- SNY,
ESPN 1 & 2.
Of course the time difference makes some programs difficult to watch,
and I thought SNY was the Mets personal channel, the amount they were
on, but that's only down to what time I watch.
