According to ESPN: Woodhead to replace Faulk?

The Pats signed Danny Woodhead on Saturday, and he could enter the
mix as the team's replacement for Faulk. There has been some chatter
about New England potentially trading for the Buffalo Bills' Marshawn
Lynch or the New York Giants' Brandon Jacobs, but ESPNBoston.com's
Mike Reiss writes that he can't see either of those players ending up
with the Patriots. Even if they did, neither back is a viable third-
down option, so such a trade wouldn't solve the team's Faulk problem.
For now, it looks like Woodhead could join the Pats' sizable RB
rotation.

i doubt he'd cost the jets a win, but they are going to miss out on
the merchandising potential. no joke... when i was in the jets
"flagship" store at the stadium before the monday night game, people
were asking if they had woodhead jerseys.
