This offense with Schottenheimer and a DC pretending to be HC, is
getting worse. Many here blamed Pennington when he would get picked
on those out routes and now with a better arm, same result. Is it
possible the OC fools no one but himself? I mean on that pick by
Sanchez, there were to WR, by the first down marker and three
defenders were waiting on Cotchery and Edwards. I see nothing good
happening for us this season and there will be no improvement in the
young QB, this offensive scheme is a joke, in its fourth year.

It's hard to tell what happened on that play. It seems as if there was
some miscommunication between Sanchez and the receiver. It comes down
to the Jets needing their QB to make better decisions, and they need
some continuity at receiver so that he can develop a chemistry with
them. Cotchery was out for a couple games and Edwards is still new. I
don't think Schott is making many big mistakes yet -- I think it's
crappy execution.
