The Redskins will beat the Eagles this week. That will put the Giants
back in the mix.

Please send me a Coors light, in a bottle.

Jim

ps: you guys crack me up. this newsgroup is almost a copy of the
Redskins ng. It's like it's the end of the world. Chill out, better days
are ahead.

Me thinks Jim has had one too many Coors Light already.... I didn't
know anyone actually drank that garbage, other than ex coaches :)

None of these qualify as beers, they are basically fermented carbonated corn
syrup.

Coors light is the second best selling beer in the U.S.

Not according to this list, Coors Light is 4th. Bud Light is #1.
I like Bud regular myself (#2), it is as american as apple pie....
even tho it is foreign owned now, but what isn't.

Let those beer snobs pay $6 for a bottle for Heinekin, that is some
skunky shit.
If Bud was $6 and Heinekin was $2, i'd still drink bud.
That Heinekin comercial with those annoying pussies screaming like
chicks pretty much sums it up.

Tommirules says: Coors light is 4th.

I thought it was second. Thanks for the correction. My room mate and I
will just have to start drinking more of it.

I used to be a Bud drinker untill 8-9 years ago. Got sick of the
headaches, and the crappy feeling the next day.

Mich Ultra is pretty good as well. If I go somewhere, and they are out
of Coors, I'll drink that.

Jim
ps: Heineken does suck. I don't care if it was 50 cents a pint, I
wouldn't drink it. Put Guiness up there as well.

Sounds like what you are saying is Budweiser is stronger than light
beer and it gives you a worse hangover.
Isn't Mich ultra a chick beer?

If low-carb/low-cal beer is chick beer. If you want to drink beer and avoid
the cals and carbs, it's there. And it's not filling.

Coors Light is 3.9% alcohol compared to Buds 4.9%. My roomates' uncle
used to work making Budweiser. She told me about the crap they put in
makig it, and it's a wonder people who drink Bud don't die by the time
they are 30.

Mich Ultra is't a chick beer. Corona is the beer I see most chicks
drink. Another overpriced beer.

The softball team I coached, and played on, most of the guys drank
either Coors light, or Bud light. It was an over 45 league. Drinking
light beer is a sign of getting older. Of course, we did do shots of
Polish blackberry brandy when we won the championship three out of the
five years I coached. Two second place finishes to add. Must have been
the light beers.

Hope the Skins beat the Seagulls to help you guys.

That explains why the members of the Stapes Alumni (aka The Remember
November 29, 1928 Society) are Coors Light drinkers.

Yes, Heineken sucks but Bud is no prize either. American? It's origins are
from a Czechoslvakian lager, Budvar, but they didn't use corn, only pure
barley malt. Try Pilsner Urquell if you want a good lager, or Sam Adams for
a decent American lager, though it has Ale characteristics. All the major
American brands are bland mass produced recipes, made cheap and to sell in
huge quantities. Spaten has a good German lager, but nothing touches their
Octoberfest beer. If you want some real American beer try something from a
good American brewery, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Anchor Steam or any of Magic
Hat's brews. .
There are so many. Too bad Manhattan Brewing Company and New Amsterdam
closed. I haven't tried any of the Brooklyn Brewing companies offerings.
