...when you have a choice between SF/Detroit and Buffalo/NYG and
actually *want* to watch both.

Both the Jills and the Lions are looking solid.
but the Pats were the laughing stock before Krafty Bob bought the team.
the problem they had in Detroit was all Matt Millen.

One word. DVR.
My DVR lets me record both and watch them when I want to watch them.

No shit, Sherlock. I have 3 DVRs in my house.

Not going to be much fun when the score from the game I didn't watch is
splashed all over the screen during the late Pat's game.

D'oh.

Is his name really Sherlock? That's so weird because this English
guy .... well, never mind.

Hey, here's a thought: Visit a really nice sports bar. I used to do
it when I wanted to watch two live games. Besides that you don't have
to watch as many commercials.

<facepalm> Seriously, I'm not going to watch both games. They're both
filler until the Pats game starts.

The point (missed by both of you) is that a game with San Francisco,
Detroit and Buffalo would actually be of interest.

<shaking head>

As it stands, the choice is a no-brainer. The Buffalo game is the choice.

Then don't look at the scores from other games
or don't watch any other game.

Well, if you knew how to use those DVR's you'd be able to watch both
games. Record one , and watch the other live. Then you could switch
back and forth during commercials, and at least catch good plays.

But you already knew that didn't you?

Why don't you read the original post again. It's not that difficult to
understand. The *point* is that a game with SF/Detroit/Buffalo would
actually be of interest.

D'uh.
