And other notes from the wires:

Notes:@ The Steelers are 7-0 at home and 2-4 on the road. They have won in
only two states: Pennsylvania and Ohio. ... Jacksonville is 10-8 against
Pittsburgh, winning the past two. ... If the Steelers are the No. 3 seed in
the AFC playoffs, as they would be today, and the Patriots are the top
seed, the teams could meet again only in the AFC championship game.
(Yes, I know fans here knew that one already.)

No, but they do more trash-talking.

this guy just doesn't know how to STFU, does he? You'd think his
teammates and/or coaches would've straightened him out by now.

He's correct. The Pats and Steelers will meet again next year @ the Razor.
That is if they hold on to 1st place in their div.

Yes, but of course he was referring to *this* postseason. ;)
But AFA next season, think the Steelers will finally do something about
the field at the Razor? The league forced the Pats to "fix" theirs!

I expect someone's walking up behind him with a roll of duct tape
right about now.

Oops- must be the lack of alcohol. Dunno how that one happened!
Guess I just wanted to make a snap remark about the conditions at Heinz
during the games I've watched! ;) (And as I said, knowing how the league
has complained about Heinz)

Looking back, I think what it threw me off was your remark
about the "condition" that the Steelers had to win their division.
You're saying they won't face each other if the Steelers don't?
(I know the Pats will face a top-seed schedule.)

Right, the only reason they faced them this year was because they played the
Steelers division.

Good gravy... first the Cowboys, then the Colts and now the Steelers...
they all want to "meet again"... well, you know the old saying... "be
careful what you wish for"...

Although I love the fact that these teams are more focused on us than their
next opponents... and it looks like Pitt will play Indy so we certainly
don't need to worry about both of them...
