That would be the introduction to "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff.

Yeah, often given as "O Fortuna"

The soundtrack to the movie "The Doors" has it, the only non-Doors song
on it, so depending on how you feel about Jim Morrison might be a good
buy.

It's Orff's "Carmina Burina". And as much as I enjoyed laughing at
Ozzy Osbourne trying to hop around to "Crazy Train," Orff should be the
intro music until the Pats lose a game at home.
