It was not a blockbuster, but Monday's Titans/Texans game put up
decent enough numbers on ESPN.
The Titans' win over the Texans drew a 7.7/12 U.S. rating and 12.1
million viewers on ESPN Monday night, up 3% and 4%, respectively, from
Browns/Bills in Week 11 last year (7.5, 11.6 mil). Compared to last
week's Ravens/Browns game, Titans/Texans was up 19% in both ratings
and viewership.
Titans/Texans stands as the third-least viewed Monday night game of
the season, ahead of only Ravens/Browns last week and Chargers/Raiders
in Week 1.
Through Week 11, ESPN is averaging an 8.8 U.S. rating and
approximately 14 million viewers for Monday Night Football -- up 14%
in ratings and viewership from a 7.7 and 12.3 million through Week 11
last year.
