At least we have the competent and well-spoken Dierdorf to balance him out.

But why is Dan wearing Ravens colors in his tie?

Go Donks.

<giggle>.. That's what I thought too. Then I thought, hey, coulda
been Simms, better shut up (to myself). I adore Dierdorf! He's one
of my favorites.

Hadn't noticed that. I think he nearly always prefers the Ravens,
when he calls their games. Not so much that he degrades the opponent
(a la a few callers I could mention) though.

WOW #1 : The Nevermores are really bringin' it. They are playing with
desperation, unlike the Chiggers.

WOW#2 : Kyle Orton can actually run!!!

WOW#3 : That hit by Reed on Moreno will make Sportscenter and the NFLN.

Good to see Hillis maybe out of the doghouse. Thank goodness the D is keepin'
'em in the game.

The best - unlike our O.

Ayup.

What's up with Berger, this is an upgrade from Kern?

Notice those safeties playing up, see the tight man coverage, wonder why
no TEs are involved?

Can we say Sheffler again?

It worked last time.

Particularly *today*

The glaring signal caller, whom I cannot abide, is Mike Tirrico on
MNF. He constantly tries to guess who will get the ball (or make the
tackle or whatever), and he is constantly apologizing for getting it
wrong. Why *did* they give him the job? He sucks! Stuart Scott
would have been a great caller, I think.

Also a thought I had <smile>

Oh man. Did you see ESPN? Ray got a call from McNair's momma,
telling him to play *hard* for her boy? Just what we needed <sigh>.

> WOW#2 :  Kyle Orton can actually run!!!

Yeah, he can. He doesn't normally, but he can.

I thought leading with the arm to the head was a penalty? I also
thought that hitting a quarterback in the knees was a penalty? Guess
I was wrong about those.

Then again, there are our "not so" special teams.

Stuart Scott rocks, I completely agree.

And he's blaming it on "hang time"?

Lol.

I'm with you. He's a poor excuse for a male.
