The Broncos have shown that I don't really need to be that familiar
with young guys who have never been head coaches - for a team to have
success selecting one.

Nobody. The coach we have is just fine. He always says the right thing and
does not cause any trouble. The Bears should keep him until he is ready to
retire from coaching.
