C. 6-9 Cunningham
PF 6-8 Pendergraph
SF Webster
SG Bayless
PG Blake
(Aldridge sprains an ankle in the first)
I was at the game, and looked at that roster...and thought a few
things.
1. I really like Pendergraph (he's 6'10, cunningham is the one more
likely 6'8". Jeff is a big guy).
2. That lineup made me think we had to have been up by 30..instead of
barely ahead by 5.

Had it backwards. I think they are both listed at 6-9 though. Jeff as
about 15 lbs heavier than Dante.

Was nice in the 4th when they held the lead to give Roy several more
minutes of rest than expected.
Quite a night for Jeff in his 6th NBA game. 8 pts on 4-8, 14 rbs, 2
blocks in 25 minutes.

I don't think he'll ever be a starter (or at least, a scoring threat),
but he plays smart, and grabs rebounds really well. And he likes
playing in the paint. Whens the last time we had a big man who liked
playing in the paint?
I guess you could say Zach, but he was equal inside outside, imho
Pendergraph and Darren Collison were teammates at my local high school
(Etiwanda). In their junior and senior years the team went 62-5 and was
nationally ranked.
well there was that Oden guy...
Clippers loss breaks their 1 game win streak at the RG, which keeps them
at 4 wins, 2 games behind the Lakers' 6-21 there. ;-)
(The woof gods will catch up to me...)
Woof-woof!
Damn it is only a little over a week...before the Blazers get anyone
back from the surgeries. Lakers should break that streak this game....
Rudy may be back by the end of next month and Nic Batum soon after,
maybe for the lakers next visit.
Oden isn't a PF...
You did not say PF, you said 'big man'.
I also mentioned Zach Randolph as being the last guy who had an inside
game, and if I was going to include Centers I would've included
Sabonis as the last guy, since he had a mostly inside game, whereas
Zach had a mix.
Not sure what is so bad about a great mid range game...
But besides Zach, SAR, Grant, Ratliff, DD, magloire...

wow it's not safe to be a Blazer...=8-/
Hard to believe their record is a game better than last year at this point.
Supposedly they get a couple back this month.
Rudy mid month, Nic Batum a week or two later.
man, who did we piss off?
the Lakers...
I didn't say scared....;)
good comeback...everyone IS afraid of Porty...remember the
subject...they're dropping like flys and everyone's afraid it's the city
and not the team with the jinx =8-)

they're afraid it'll spread to other teams.
we have the double fear...it's contagious and since the next game is in Porty
the real fear the whole city is jinxed...
So far... Blazers come to town and before the game the Pacers lose
Granger for 6 weeks and 2nd year in a row CP# goes out for major games
on injuries during Blazer games...both times taken out by his own guys.
The play Oakland tomorrow, Blazers caught it from them...
PJ will have to burn some Sage on plane trip there =8-)
