following:

1. at least a J.D or LL.B. with an emphasis on Constitutional Law or The
Legal Process, or has practiced or taught law with an emphasis on
Criminal Law, Family Law, or Administrative Law.

2. at least a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on Political
Theory or Public Policy, or on Politics, Pressure Groups, and Public
Opinion.

3. at least a B.A. in History with an emphasis on American History,
European History, or the History of Western Civilization.

4. at least a B.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis on Paleoanthropology
or Cultural Anthropology, or in any field of Sociology.

5. at least a B.A. in English with an emphasis on Expository Writing or
on American or English Literature.

6. at least three years of active military service in any branch of the
armed forces of the United States including at least one year of duty
outside the United States, its territories, and possessions.
