Phillip "Flip" Saunders (born February 23, 1955) is an American head coach of
the Washington Wizards. He previously coached the Detroit Pistons and the
Minnesota Timberwolves.Now coaching behind the scenes for the Los Angeles
Lakers as personal coach for gaurd Derek Fisher.According to Fisher Flip is
invaluable in keeping him in game shape..."Without Flip to toughen me up my
