2 blocked Songaila shots, 2 almost uncontested Seattle lay-ups, a missed free
throw by Harrington.

This is a game lost to a team in disarray, just firing their coach, without
their best player for all of the 4th quarter.

And you just can't have a 6 foot guard on Lewis all nite.

Kirk and Duhon play 38 minutes each--a combined 30% of the minutes
again--and go 5-20 for 20 points. Kirk played great defense and

I don't know what the story was with Deng vanishing a la Knicks.
My guess? He's paying for Kirk, Ben and Duhon's sins. He was shooting
a *lot* early in the clock from outside. Of course if Skiles would
be consistent with this I don't think any of our guards would get
up off the bench.

Songaila is just brutal. Brutal. Now we know why Petrie didn't
think enough of him to make him a must-sign, huh? And why he got
several power forwards back in the Webber trade. He's just
instadeath on defense. Watching Songaila do anything that involves
thinking is like watching a mime commit suicide.

Wait, what part of "instadeath on defense" concerns Geoff Petrie,
architect of the Sacramento Kings?
