Cronkite would have simply said "Any idiot who repeatedly break THE
cardinal rule of baseball, then lies about it, then admits it just to
sell books... should know exactly what he is getting. And into the Hall
of Fame will never be it."

And to Rosecom/weheardthenews/mentalmidget, he would have simply said
"Grow. The fuck. Up."
