Bad. But there's even worse news. Looks like Mark McGwire will be
the hitting coach! Ideally he won't encourage chemical abuse.
I expressed dissatisfaction with the hitting coach in 2009, but
expected a better replacement!
La Russa is a drama queen. He knew he'd be back. He should have said
so the night of the Game 3 loss instead of waiting for weeks.
