This has to be good news for some of you, right? :-)

Well, it's very preliminary. The Astros are only "doing background
work" on Samardzija right now, but at least they're interested.

F**K!!! Just when Houston is interested in Samardzija, he's pitching
like Cain's HR Derby Twin again! The Astros are probably running the
other way now, and the Giants are stuck with his big contract.

Cain's twin brother has just become untradable.

OK, so his final start before the trade deadline is a good one, 7IP
1ER, but turns out he has a 22-team no-trade clause, and Houston isn't
one of the 8 teams he's willing to go to. Damn it! That seriously
limits his tradability. Looks like he'll stay as a Giant unless some
miracle happens.
