During (and because of) Keiichi Yabu's time on the mound tonight, I was
calling him every rude name I could think of, with "Twat Product" being
both the mildest and the one that seemed to fit best. That said, "K-Y"
would seem to be the most obvious nickname for the guy, and I'm trying
to meld a baseball theme with "gentle warming sensation on contact"
here, but I'm too annoyed to think for myself.

Ideas?

Who is this newbie? Never seen him post here before, and he's asking silly
questions.

Shouldn't your rancor and vitriol be more properly directed at Brad
Hennessey, Mr. G. Pearlman? He is the recipient of the Screw-up of the
Game award. Yes, I'm certain that Yabu will receive his share of said
awards during the season. But last night it was Hennessey's.

As for your "K-Y" nickname for Yabu, last night it was entirely
appropriate. He definitely used something slick to get out of the jam he
was in.

I'm answerving my own post before it actually shows up in the group.

I forgot that K-Y did not get out of that last jam in the 9th and that
the Giants lost the game with him on the mound. But I still do blame
Hennessey more than K-Y for the loss.

Let's face it! It doesn't matter who's pitching and who's playing in the
field for this team. They are going to be buried deep in the cellar of
the NL West all season long.

I find on this rare occasion I agree with Fleur on the Hennessey Award.

Well, I certainly agree that Hennessey needs a smack, but that doesn't
mean Yabu gets to gag....

Thanks, but I'm always here -- just not always posting.

You probably could have said "[Insert Giant Here]."
