Time to skip Lincecum's turn in the rotation.

Lets give the kid double the rest and time to work things out.
Something is definitely wrong. He gets ahead of guys 1-2,
or 0-2, then cannot get them out. How about a wild pitch
where the A's runner scores from second, and bulldozes the
tough Timmy Lincecum at the plate. Again, he seems to
totally lose his focus, in a heartbeat, after looking good for
a few innings. One quality start so far. If Timmy were
pitching like Timmy, instead of Jonathan Sanchez with
a torn ligament in a coma, we would be right up there with
the bums.
