Brett Butler is back home with his family, and looking at 6 months
of rest to fully recover from his stroke in July, according to an AP
story this week.

Doctors say a side effect of his cancer therapy, 11 years ago,
damaged a blood vessel in his neck, and led to a stroke.
Mr. Butler hopes to return as manager of the D-backs team in
Mobile, Alabama next year. The stroke affected his balance
but he says he has most of that sense back in force.

He was actually at the D-Backs game on Friday with his family. Just
sitting there you couldn't tell anything was wrong, but they didn't talk to
him or show him walking, etc.
