game (last one was in 1947 as the Chicago Cardinals)?
Btw, the Cards beat the Eagles in that game; in 1948 the situation
reversed itself.

You bet! Burrell, Howard, and Utley are going to blast away. And look for
some dramatic home runs from Greg Dobbs.

CNN sucks. As for the series, the Dodgers scare me more than the Cubs
simply because they have more talent. ManRam makes an otherwise
pedestrian lineup look pretty good. That said, I think the Phils will
bring the bats for most of this series. I am really looking forward
to it. Phils in 7.

Especially on the CNNSI site. Their MLB homepage features more
stories about the Brewers (2)and Cubs (2) than about the Phils (of
course, zero stories is an easy number to top). All their writers who

With the 3+ days off, and if the Phils pitchers can keep this up, could make

I hafta mention this TV situation wherein one of the announcers seemed

distinct dislike for Pat Burrell.
