Not much to say for g6. Why did Padro face Matsui the second time? But it
really didn't matter.

Tx for the memories, 2009 Phils.

So long to Brett Myers and probably Moyer, Martinez and Eyre.

Clean out the bench and release Dobbs, Bruntlett, and Stairs.

Welcome, in 2010 at some point, Savery, Drabek, and Taylor.

Opening day 2009 rotaion: Myers, Hamels, Blanton, Moyer, and Park.

Finally, Lidge has two more years on his contract.

Wasn't Happ's 12 - 4 good enough for the starting rotation?

No he wasn't in the opening rotation. It came down to him and Park, and
Park won by a nose. Then he sucked in April and Happ took over.

One would think so.

I hope you don't have to wait another 59 years for the Phillies to get
another crack at the Yanks.

My mistake - when I read your post I thought you meant the 2010 rotation.
