Subject: Who will have the money for Zito?
Other than the Yankees and Mets? You figure the Yankees will get either
K-Mat or Zito but not both. Even George doesn't want the budget to be a quater billion dollars a year. Find it hard to believe anyone will outbid the Yankees for K-Mat. Meaning the Mets will be only team with both the money and interest in Zito. Do the Redsox want to pay big money for someone would pitch third in their rotation? I don't think so.
