I wonder when the last time a Tiger was a unanimous MVP? Or even
deserving of an MVP?
I know relief pitcher Hernandez beat out Hrbek in 1984 (not
deserving). And I think Denny McLain won it after winning 31 games
(that had to be unanimous). But what about position players?
