That was a close call with being swept in Houston, so the Oakland series becomes important for the Tigers before they head to Minneapolis to play the Twins in the Baggie-Dome this weekend. That Twins series could be a tilt series in the ALC if the Tigers don't do well in Oakland. Should be an interesting week of baseball.... more »
The Tigers have been playing well and now that they are 10 games over . 500 with a seven game winning streak, it's safe to say they are the best team in the division so far this season. The fact that their starting (and bullpen) pitching has held up so far this season has to be a huge source of optimism for Tigers fans.... more »
