In the midst of this whole run the Angels have been on the Mariners have
been even better. They are hard charging and will probably be our toughest
division competition throughout the season. Those guys can hit. The part
that annoys me the most is Guillen is on that team and he's probably loving
every minute of it.

I also think that SEA is better than OAK this year, but from what I've
seen I like the Angels' chances this year.

Also always realize that Jeff Weaver can nullify all the Guillen long
balls with his rancid arm. I think some of us can see the ironic-unto-
karmic beauty in that.

Trying not to let this long two game losing streak get me down,

Okay, Kelvim had 116 pitches through 6, and we don't want to push him
too much, but I actually thought he had a shot at 20 Ks.

Meanwhile, congrats to Verlander on his no-hitter.
