It's not his 1000+ OPS & ADJOPS that we miss. It's him in the dugout encouraging the hitters when he isn't even at bat. A Huge Drop in their offense across the board, almost 200 points. The inner infielders (X & Pedey) don't hit for power any more - just dinking singles with an occasional double here and there.

Hire Ortiz to be their hitting coach ASAP.
