San Diego comes on top ( thanks in part to the Sox ? ) - While the
Padres finished last in the NL West last year, their future appears
bright. Keith Law ranks San Diego's farm system as baseball's best.

San Diego has had 20 1st round picks in the last 7 years...... and
they have 4 more this year

They haven't had much success with their 1st round picks. Khalil
Greene is the best player they have drafted in the first round since
1995.
