well, in light of the news surrounding Tejada is being investigated
for possibly having lied about Palmeiro

maybe Raffy was telling the truth as he knew it when he said that
Tejada shot him up... doubtful, but plausible ...

That B12 must be a miracle drug.

Telling the truth in his defense that he did not know the source of the
steroid. Palmeiro, when contesting his positive test before an
arbitrator, said that he had received B12 shots from Tejada and that may
have been the source (according to a cursory google search, and yes, this
is not the same thing as accusing Tejada of injecting him with steroids).
Tejada denied this, and was cleared as baseball had tested his stuff and
it was all B12.

To me, it is not an implausible scenario that Tejada had both B12 and
steroids, and in the course of giving players legal B12 injections
possibly jabbed Palmeiro with a needle that could have been cross
contaminated. On the other hand, its also plausible that Palmeiro was
using steroids and lied about it.

I agree with slidge. My only question is why are players injecting each
other with B12? Isn't that what trainers are for?
