You *do* realize that members of Obama's "jobs council" are among the
biggest job exporters right?

> Instead you voted for the guy who wanted
> to shut down GM,
You are an idiot who listened to Obama say that Romney wanted GM to go
Bankrupt. THAT is EXACTLY what Obama did; Obama let GM go through the
bankruptcy process.
If you had actually read the Romney article that Obama often cited[1]
[2], Romney called for a “managed bankruptcy.” This is a process in
which the company uses the bankruptcy code to discharge its debts, but
emerges from the process a leaner, less leveraged company. Many
companies have done this in the past and have emerged as a much
stronger company. Delta Airlines went bankrupt and survives today.
Over the last hundred years, the bankruptcy laws have more of an
emphasis on helping debtors reorganize or restructure. After the Great
Depression, Congress enacted the bankruptcy act of 1933 and 1934 that
showed the primary goal of the debtor filing for bankruptcy was to get
a fresh start from a financial burden. Although the laws are designed
to enable a bankrupt company to emerge, there are laws that define the
priorities of the creditors.
Obama's GM bankruptcy violated over 100 years of bankruptcy laws and
violated the creditor's priorities. HOWEVER, that is ok when a
country has a RULER rather than a president.
Romney stated that if GM does not go through a *managed bankruptcy*
"It won’t go overnight, but its demise will be virtually guaranteed."
SO, how has the new GM managed under the OBAMA politically managed
bankruptcy? Here is a pretty picture of how the NEW GM stock has
performed compared to the S&P 500.
