Got certified in Bonaire for the Dreager Dolphin, bought a unit with all the
bells an whistles, used it 5 times in the northeast, and it flooded each
time. I have done all the pressure tests, flow tests, and bubble tests but
still if floods, any suggestions???

Are you opening the DSV ALL the way. If it's not either ALL the way open or ALL the way closed, it WILL
leak.

I agree,

Sell it and get a proper rebreather, one that at least gives you a PPO2
reading!

Although I've dived OC for 20 odd years I have only just (last week)
qualified MOD1 on a Megalodon.

Now I won't not go back to OC unless I'm forced to (such as overseas
trips with limited weight allowances or to locations where there'se no
supply of Sofnolime & O2 to 200bar), but I'd rather do that than use a
SCR without PPO2.

However, if you are going to continue to use this bit of kit than get it
serviced or at least checked over by a Drager service centre or senior
Drager technician.

Either way we don't want to see you as another statistic.
