PASCR vs SCR

Can PASCR rebreather be real competitor to
full CCR with electic iniection?
I'v got simple idea how to make PASCR
with that features :

- full depth compensated
- ratio 0.25 (at sea level) Ration can be changed
by change intermediate pressure.
- uses nitrox 38%+/- 2% ( thats gives 20-30% O2 in bag)
- 'balanced' conterlung (breathicg resistance
this same in any position)
- one conterlung
- approx dimension : diameter 180mm/height 450mm
(without bottle and hoses)
- simple mechanism for remove water from mouthpiece
(like as in OC)
- no reguire 'auto shut-off' valve in mouthpiece
- dump valve in moutpiece
- no reguire electricity

main parts:
pipe (for body),
conterlung likes as in TR300,
pneumo serwo 1pcs,
by-pass valve, 3 pcs
one-vay valve 1 pcs
hoses, dump valve etcs.

There is a market for as they are for sale and being build a lot.
