There is a newsgroup called alt.sport.diving.rebreather
As long as I look into this newsgroup people complain there is no
news.
I just added a message to see what is going to happen:

I propose we make a list of al persons diving with a rebreather and
start numbering.
Since this list has not been used for a very very long time this could
be a way a starting things.
