The customer in question (wilhelp.com) is not a direct customer of ours so
we have no access to him/her. We however have spoken to our direct
customer
that hosts the IP in question and have informed them that websites of this
nature violates our acceptable use policy. They have assured me that they
will have the information in question removed by tomorrow at the latest.

I am sorry for the delayed reply. We do not have any idea who the owner
of
that domain is. Apparently they are hosting with one of our customers
(Rich
Tiejens), so we have no direct contact to determine who the owner of that
domain is. It is my understanding that www.wilhelp.com should no longer
contain any pointers to information that is defaming in any way shape or
form. Service to his network has been shutdown for the time being. We
have
also been informed by Rich Tiejens that he will be cancelling his service
with us and moving to another provider. Please let me know if we can be
of
