They also had a rain forest exhibit. That was incredibly cool. I got
some really good fruit bat pics. More to come on that.
Sorry, Anakin.. No monarchs.. *smile* But they would have been welcome
in my eyes. Especially the lesser seen yellow and black ones.
What was also interesting was climbing into this seat and being strapped
in. You took a simulated look at nature from the animals eyes. And the
chairs moved all over the place. You were a frog jumping from lily pad
to lily pad. Then a deer being chased through the woods darting in and
out. A bear, and an owl flying, soaring through mountains. And last but
certainly not least a dolphin.. It was intense. You definitely needed to
be seat belted in.. whooo hooo!

Me piggybacking!

this expression come from anyway?)
Butterflies are good subjects, with their colors. Didn't the camera
fog up a little, because of the tropical conditions?

Mee too!
I wonder, maybe it has something to do with the way we look at the
world? We all appreciate the beauty of life, what better way is there
to show this beauty to others by pictures?

Hi guys and gals, and Brenda Lee,
I love these pics. I loved your first pics
as well, but you have really improved. :)
Keep up the good work.
I wish I could take pictures like these; but
my hands shake too much. I tried sewing
once, but soon realized that I was better at
fixing sewing machine than I was at using
them. Painting? Tried it..... can't draw a
decent stick figure for a kid. But I finally
did find a media where I can, as Patrick
would say, show the beauty that I see to
others by pictures. Funny thing is that this
media is a mix of photography, painting,
and a dash of sewing.

Hello hugs. It is so much fun Richard.. I just learned that I have a
rapid shutter feature on my camera.. So, I could have gotten the
butterflies in motion. Next time.

That would be nice.

It is peaceful just being around them.

Some of our expressions are really whacked. Step on a crack, break your
mothers back? What is up with that anyway?

Yes. I had to keep wiping it. Some places were even more steamy with you
trying to see through the mist. So hot. But it was equally cool as a
woman had to stand guard at the door so none could escape as we people
folk were filing in and out...

A special moment captured in time can live on forever.. And beauty of
life and love is always worth striving for. I think.

Hi Yayha,
I think it is beautiful! It's not clear to me what part is painted,
sewed or photgraphed, but that doesn't matter. The result is very
good. I like it.
Her gaze is as mysterious as the smile of Mona Lisa.
Beautiful...
Thanks for showing Leonardo! ;)
Do you have more works like that?

Thank you my friend. I tried to sew the photograph
to the painting without leaving any visible stitches.
Thank you for not noticing them. :)

She is a beautiful young lady. I especially
love her eyes.

A couple more. I morphed my boss's face
with Einstein for his 40th birthday. He
still has it on his wall. :)
