I'd like an expert opinion on the best plumbing and control scheme for the following solar hot water system. 1 - Two story home in a sub-tropical climate (20 N Lat) - never freezes, no glycol, etc. 2- Evacuated tube collector with 25 gallon tank on the roof.

California Solar Project to Occupy 4,900 Acres

California Gov. Jerry Brown has fast tracked development of a 750 MW solar photovoltaic project. The NextEra Energy Resources project in Riverside County would be built in two phases; the first by August 2014 and the second in October 2016.
As part of the agreement with California, McCoy Soloar Photovoltaic agreed to invest a minimum of $100 million into the state’s economy during development and construction. The company has said 20 permanent full-time jobs will be created when the project is completed.... more »

Over the past month I've put together a web page describing a passive solar heating panel capable of providing 100% of the heat needed to maintain a comfortable temperature 24/7 in a conventional structure with reasonably good insulation and which is reasonably snug.
