A nice picture of OS volunteers feeding FEMA employees
from the back of a rented truck is included. Notice
that FEMA _can_ manage to supply its workers with nice
blue jackets, anyway. Notice also that the sun is
shining. Apparently FEMA closes up shop during bad
weather.

they continue to get paid full salary, so why doesn't Chairman Obama put
them to work on "shovel-ready" projects like filling potholes?
