Since 2002 I have been a voice in the wilderness complaining about the
use of covert video surveillance in the individual rooms of homeless
hostels and the usual reaction I have got is so what anyway but a
worker at my local citizens advice centre says that there was a
documentary on British television on the subject last year ( when I
was out of the country) but couldn't remember any of the details
title, channel etc.

If anyone has seen it could they get back to me with whatever details
they can remember?
