Powell: I'd Work for Bush or Gore

WASHINGTON --

Retired Gen. Colin Powell, mentioned as a possible secretary of state
if Republican George W. Bush wins in November, said Tuesday he also
would entertain a job offer from Democrat Al Gore if he captures the
White House.

''If he were the president, I would have to take it under serious
consideration,'' Powell said after being asked on ABC's ''Good Morning
America'' if he could work for Gore.

It seems to me that, based on common knowledge of George W. Bush's
abominable lack of foreign policy expertise, Mr. Bush would be the one
needing General Powell's services the most.

E Pluribus Unum is the motto on the Great Seal
of the United
States of America, and is Latin for "out of
many, one," not "out of
one, many."

Why do you say Gore lacks character?

Is this true, in my opinion it is Huge if it is.

I wonder if there would be any luck getting him to show up to the
Democratic convention and admonishing congress for all the
inappropriate defense budgets, inappropriate in some places where they
spent it on unnecessary items and inappropriate in some areas where
they cut it and didn't spend enough.

I doubt it, I think he would rather live by innuendo and further
develop the Art of elephant Dung slinging as perfected by the RR. Just
think, they sling all that crap at the democrats and then they have
the audacity to question an African Artist abstract portrait of what
they have done to themselves! Go figure. By the By Vol I doubt you'll
have to climb to high to get to high center on this one, these guys
are getting more and more careless about their own immorality, when it
comes to dealing with known facts. They be awful loose with da truth
if'n you ask me.
