So far no one has posted any evidence of any such thing other than
you, Sid and Zepp simply saying so.

Tell ya what Einstein, bring your happy ass down to Memphis,
Birmingham, Atlanta, Montgomery Ala, Jackson MS or any other
metropolitqan area in the south and show us just how populations that
are well over 50% Black American are using the criminal justice system
to prevent themselves from voting.
For that matter show reasonable evidence that what you claim is
occuring in any state.

Either present factual evidence of your claim or be seen as a simple
liar.

So you believe a news report that the ACLU has filed a suit, to be
factual evidence? How interesting.

So that means that you or I can file a discrimination suit against Sid
and by simply filing such a suit prove that he is a racist, yes?

BTW, Sid apparently doesn't read his own cites as the article linked
concerns regulations imposed upon "third-party registration groups"(ie
ACORN) regarding the time frame they have in which to turn in newly
signed voters registrations and nothing to do with the criminal
justice system being used to target African Americans.
The ACLU is just trying to spin it into a racial issue because there
are no other grounds that they can come up with.
The law does nothing to keep anyone from voiting.
And it really doesn't do much of anything to the third party groups
unless they are just too damned lazy and whiney to turn their
paperwork in on time.
Betcha a paycheck that none of them have a bit of trouble turning
their payroll sheets in on time or any other paperwork that puts a
dime in their pocket.
Hell, they're whining about someone running a package by the clerks
office once every 2 days.

And again, it does nothing to prove their maligned belief that "red
states" are targeting minorities regarding voting.

Lastly, notice that there has been no offering of any information
regarding what must be literally thousands of disenfranchised voters
if what the gang of idiots claim were true. One would think that it
would be relatively easy to provide countless anecdotes of minorities
being denied the right to vote if such rampant discrimination were
occuring, yes?
Instead, we see things like this that actually have happened in the
"blue" state of Pennsylvania.

What goddamned idiot you are!!

Who claimed that blacks were using the criminal justice system to deny
themselves voting rights?

Are you another one of those stupefyingly dumbass right wingers with a
reading comprehension problem???

The evidence has been shown, not that you are the least bit able to
understand anything of that kind, apparently with that massively dense skull
of yours, containing a vacuum.

I can't quite determine yet whether you are just a simple imbecile, or
whether your condition is made complex with other ignominious
characteristics, such as a criminal psychopathological past or propensity.

You did.

Over 1 in 4 Alabamans are black. There are multiple civil rights groups
who would sue just to pass the time of day. IN this environment, to
claim that any state, especially one of the old "Jim Crow" states would
even consider using the penal code to disenfranchise blacks is insane.

To top things off, you utterly fail to support your claim with anything
approaching fact, and have the nerve to call those looking for evidence
"stupid".

Yep...many of your detractors in these newsgroups call you a blithering
idiot, and you offer the proof over and over again.

What you did not OFFER is proof that I said that blacks actually use the
criminal justice system to deny themselves voting rights, you monumental
MORON!

You have my posts...but you did not provide the quote directly linking me
to your unbelievably absurd claim?

The evidence was given to you.

Now if you are otherwise too OBSTINATELY PARTISAN to want to accept it or
too STUPID to understand, one need go no further with you.

You made the claim that all of the red states were using the criminal
justice suystem in order to disenfranchise black people from voting.
Over 57% of the total black population in the US live in those red
states. Quite a few of the legislaters in those states are black.
Most of the administrations in the largest cities in thoses states are
predominately black.
Thus your statements claiming that red states are targeting blacks in
regards to voter disenfranchisement is a load of pure bullshit.
