Isn't it about time, We The People stop the Tyranny administered
against the public by our public servants who wear badges and guns and
enforce Corporate Policies calling it LAW over Travellers over whom
they have NO JURISDICTION.  

I am a retired California Police Sergeant living on pension here in
Southern Oregon.  I am ashamed of Law Enforcement today. Law
Enforcement was once known as the "thin blue Line," who stood between
order and Chaos.  Now it is just a corporate security force which
perpetrates a SCAM upon highway travelling Oregonians who use their
private auto for private purposes and not for Commercial Purposes.
The traffic laws found in the Vehicle Code applies only to regulating
traffic in Commerce and those who have voluntarily consented to
applying for a driver license..   How do I know that.  I rescinded my
Oregon Driver license in 1999, and have not had one since. .

Have I been arrested for it ---YES!    Have I been Jailed for it --
YES!   Did I stand two Trials for It -- YES!

Were there Convictions at both Trials-- YES!   Did the STATE
threatened me with 35 to 40 years in Prison--YES!  Were they able to
send me to Prison because of the CONVICTIONS  -- NO!

Why, you may ask?  At the time of Sentencing, I MERELY REFUSED to
accept the court;s sentence, (to contract for my own incarceration)
BECAUSE THEY had REFUSED to PROVE JURISDICTION over me, this LIVING
BREATHING, FLESH-AND BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN, in some 20 plus
hearings and two trials.

You may ask well who did they convict in the two trials if it were not
me, this Living Man.  THAT'S THE SCAM that MOST OF YOU ARE COMPLETELY
UNAWARE OF.

The present court system is not an Article III Court, a Constitutional
Court and ONLY HAS JURISDICTION over their own Fictional CREATION of
the JURISTIC PERSON, who name is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS,  14th
Amendment Citizens and those who have willingly and voluntarily
consented to belonging to the Corporate Government and are thus
relegated as WARDS (SLAVES) OF THE STATE, human resources, owned body
and soul by the State.

Well, I'm not one of them.  I am NO MAN'S SLAVE.   How about You?

I have personally been victimized by criminal aspects of the JOSEPHINE
COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE and the Judges of JOSEPHINE COUNTY for the last

Whose to blame for such loss of Rights in our society today.  That way
I see it, is WE THE PEOPLE, who have relinquished our responsibility
as being the True Government, and allowing our HIRED SERVANTS to
become OUR MASTERS.  Currently, Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON of JOSEPHINE
COUNTY, is holding office UNLAWFULLY, for he has BREACHED HIS OATH OF
OFFICE and should have been removed from office.  But there is a
COVERUP going on by the COURTHOUSE CRIMINALS who are keeping him in
office.  This is no IDLE STATEMENT.  They can only continue in their
criminal ways because you, THE PEOPLE will not STAND TOGETHER to hold
them accountable.   Until We can Stand Together and hold our servants
accountable, they shall continue to DIVIDE AND CONQUER We the People.

I have seen quite a few criminal complaints to JOSEPHINE COUNTY
DISTRICT ATTORNEY STEVEN CAMPBELL and his predecessor CLAY JOHNSON
against Deputies, Judges etc.  All were refused.  I sent a package to
the FOREMAN of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY GRAND JURY, and it was blocked by
CAMPBELLS OFFICE from reaching the GRAND JURY.  

Have any of you read about this in the public tv and print media?
The media is AWARE OF IT, but  it will not Disseminate such New to its
readers and viewers.
